As a Registered Nutritional Therapist I work with my clients to identify potential nutritional and lifestyle imbalances and understand how they could be affecting clients’ health concerns. I have access to a wide range of tools to do this, including non-invasive testing where appropriate.
I then help clients find practical, individualised solutions to help improve their health and wellbeing. This is where health coaching can be useful, to help you translate knowing what to do into actually doing it.

Functional Medicine looks at the root cause of health issues and how our physical, mental and emotional systems are intricately interconnected.
